Our Approach

Kaleidoscope Connect's evidence-supported Integrative Youth Development (IYD)™ framework, principles, and practices have the power to change the trajectory of a student's life. We work alongside youth and adults to build a support network that cultivates caring and connected schools and communities.

The result? Resilient youth, equipped with with the skills, attitudes, values, and confidence they need to thrive amid life’s challenges.

How We Do It

Through our services, we support individuals, schools, and communities in effectively implementing and measuring sustainable practices that empower youth to reach their potential, contribute to their communities, and achieve their dreams.

  • PHlight Club Events. Youth-centered events that bring together teens and adults from the community to learn important social, emotional, and resiliency skills.

  • Kaleidoscope Academies In-depth professional development opportunities for youth-serving adults.  

  • Resilient Educator Workshops. Interactive workshops that help raise professional satisfaction for teachers, administrators, and other school staff.

  • Student Support Card Online measurement system to assess and track youth growth and progress. 

  • Kaleidoscope Lesson Plans. Eighteen easy-to-implement lessons that help teach and internalize the IYD framework.
